In 2014, the opening of the exhibition dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of Alexei Ivanovich Augustovich took place. This exhibition project is organized by the DMII named after P.S. Gamzatova together with the Museum of the History of the city of Makhachkala. The exhibition presents more than 150 paintings by the artist. The exhibition was supplemented by documentary video materials about the artist.
